This was the message that came to me in bits and pieces over the last few weeks and I just had to talk about it…

Because…

For one, I’m taking my coaching practice to new heights come 2022. :: More to come about that in Part 2 of this post ::

And two, on a collective level, humanity is crying out for all servant leaders to step up and honor their calling now. 

Not tomorrow, not next week, not in a few months. 

Right now. 

(If you know, you know.) 

And if you heard the call, then you know in the depths of your soul you were meant for so much more than what you’ve experienced thus far. 

Certainly more than what you’ve settled for…

You know that it’s time to step into your soul purpose and lead. 

You can feel it. 

This burning desire to serve and help other humans heal…

It wakes you up in the middle of the night. 

Sometimes at 2:22 AM ;-) 

It winks at you when you’re driving past a billboard on the highway and you see 1111 printed on the banner.

It comes to you in your dreams, in music, in the ideas that pop into your beautiful, creative mind at 4 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon. 

It is a relentless yearning to do something GREAT that tingles and sends confirmation chills up and down your spine. 

And if you are meant to lead at this time in human history… in whatever capacity that may be…then you simply cannot deny that soul-call anymore. 

So the question becomes, what next? 

What do you do now that you can no longer hide from your purpose? 

Do you breakdown, panic, question everything and create upheaval in your life? 

Or do you break through, re-evaluate your current situation and leverage your circumstances to position yourself for success? 

The thing about you is- 

You’re not afraid to be different. 

You’re not afraid to be a rebel. 

And THAT’s what makes you a great leader. 

You get up, dress up, and you’re ready to show up and SERVE. 

But how? 

You’ve got all of this passion but you’re still lacking clarity and direction.
